NDS-RAW secret plan

On 10th January 2017, Afghanistan was devastated by three suicide attacks/ bomb blasts in Kabul, Helmond, and Qandahar which killed 50 and wounded over 100 Afghan civilian and military personnel. Taliban promptly declared responsibility but did not say anything about the motive of the attacks.
However, Al-Bab learned from reliable sources that the blasts were, in fact, a “ warning to RAW and NDS.”
According to these sources, RAW and NDS used the services of the warlord and drug trafficker Qulbuddin Hekmatyar to divide the ranks of Taliban with drug money.
The plan envisages the establishment of safe zone inside Afghanistan to draw the NDS-RAW’s won Taliban fighters for further training. The initial objective is to mobilize Taliban against Pakistan. The next step would be using Taliban against law enforcement agencies and for spreading chaos and anarchy inside KP and Baluchistan.
Sensing the danger of the plan, the majority faction of Taliban, which rejected the plan of RAW-NDS organized the three blasts as a warning. It is expected that Taliban would conduct further attacks against the terrorist camps run by RAW and NDS inside Afghanistan since both RAW and NDS are acting as a state within the state.
