Naveen Hayat, founder of the Nomad Art Gallery and Cultural Center, a brilliant human rights activist and a charismatic personality, hosted an inspiring Art, Film and Cultural event at The Zarsanga Hall - Lok Virsa (Institute of Folk Heritage) Shakarparian Hills – Islamabad to celebrate the International Women Day.
The charming German Ambassador Ina Lepel inaugurated the event and freely mixed with the women artists, art lovers, and the audience.
Hayat screened two documentaries on Women Human Rights. The first was Sahar Batool Insaaf Manaangte Hai ( Sahar Batool Demands Justice) and the second Posheeda Qadam ( Hidden Footsteps) whose objective is to create awareness on cyber violence, Laws pertaining to women and human rights.
Ina Lepel also inaugurated Izhar (expression) which is a vivid gender-sensitive art exhibition by women artists.
