The QUAD summit

Islamabad, September 16, 2021: In an unprecedented move, US President Hoe Biden stated that he would host leaders of the "Quad" nations — India, Japan, and Australia — in Washington for an in-person summit on September 24.

This will be the first-ever gathering of leaders from the group of four, QUAD Security Dialogue, which has been seeking to enhance cooperation to challenge the increasingly assertive China in a wasted bid to reverse history rewritten by the Chinese people’s hard work and innovation.

Ostensibly, the Biden-Harris Administration has made elevating the Quad a priority, opting for confrontation policy rather than a civilized political dialogue to sort out differences. The hosting of the leaders of the Quad demonstrates a new trend of militarism in the Indo Pacific, including through new multilateral configurations to resist the phenomenal economic rise of China.

Unfortunately, the leaders of the QUAD paid little attention to combat the real threat, which is the rapid rise of COVID-19 that poses a grave threat to the survival of the human race.

Instead, the QUAD directed their guns against the peaceful and beneficial China's Belt and Road infrastructure initiative. Nor they combined to addressing another real threat, which is the climate crisis.

History would condemn the warmongers while the peaceful nation of China would be elevated to lead all peace-loving nations.
